Westlawn-Hillcrest is located at 5701 Center Street in Omaha.  This is one of the larger cemeteries in town, and also one of the more contemporary.  It was platted and started selling lots in 1910.  According to GOGS, Westlawn was begun in 1906 on 10 acres of land west of the city.  Hillcrest was begun in 1931, and the cemetery is over 186 acres now.  The records are complete and at the office.

The building near the upper part of the cemetery is the great mausoleum, the only one of it's kind in town.

They have done some major renovations to the cemetery in the last few years, i.e., brand new office, chapel, mortuary and landscaping of the very newest sections, which are visible at the bottom of the aerial view.

This is the new chapel and office.
