The Creighton monument is right beside the circular turnaround visible in the aerial photo.

The Creighton family had a significant impact on Omaha in it's early days.  Edward Creighton initially dealt with lumber, but he went on to work for Western Union, constructing many of the main lines.  His brilliant scheduling and handling of the work units resulted in the completion of the Western Union main lines months ahead of schedule.  With the money he received from this, he parlayed his wealth into a real fortune.  He joined with the Kountze family and founded the First National Bank, still in existence today.
