This photo illustrates the vandalism that has occurred in the cemetery.  It’s proximity to the Black Angel, a popular place for young people on dark nights, make it an easy target.  There is no fence around the cemetery, which would at least keep some of the vandals out.  The gate is closed at night but anyone can walk onto the grounds.  The bottom photo shows one of the steeper hillsides.
